Bărbat de 31 ani din Costești, REȚINUT pentru ÎNȘELĂCIUNE ÎN FORMĂ CONTINUATĂ: A indus în eroare un bărbat de 56 ani. Prejudiciul, 125.000 lei
_*Polițiștii Secției nr. 9 Poliție Rurală Pietrari, sub coordonarea procurorului din cadrul Parchetului de pe lângă Judecătoria Horezu, au documentat activitatea infracțională a unui bărbat de 31 de ani, din comuna Costești, județul Vâlcea, cercetat pentru comiterea infracțiunii de înșelăciune în formă continuată.*_
Din cercetările efectuate a reieșit faptul că, în perioada septembrie 2023 – martie 2025, bărbatul ar fi indus în eroare, în mod repetat, un bărbat de 56 de ani din comuna Costești, folosindu-se de identități și calități mincinoase.
În acest mod ar fi obținut de la persoana vătămată aproximativ 125.000 de lei, invocând diverse situații neadevărate – sprijinirea unor persoane aflate în dificultate, onorarii pentru avocați, servicii de transport sau plăți necuvenite către instituții ale statului.
Sesizarea a fost depusă de persoana vătămată la data de 2 martie 2025.
Ieri, 25 martie a.c., polițiștii l-au depistat în flagrant pe bărbat în timp ce primea suma de 6.500 de lei, cu intenția de a o remite unei persoane fictive.
În aceeași zi, a fost pus în executare un mandat de percheziție domiciliară la locuința acestuia, unde au fost descoperite atât suma de bani implicată în flagrant, cât și alte mijloace de probă relevante pentru cauză.
În urma administrării probatoriului, polițiștii au dispus reținerea bărbatului pentru 24 de ore, acesta fiind introdus în Centrul de Reținere și Arestare Preventivă din cadrul I.P.J. Vâlcea.
Astăzi, bărbatul urmează să fie prezentat instanței de judecată, în vederea dispunerii măsurilor legale.
Acțiunea a beneficiat de sprijinul luptătorilor din cadrul Serviciului pentru Acțiuni Speciale Vâlcea.
Cercetările continuă pentru documentarea întregii activități infracționale.
