Cinci autoturisme avariate în Râmnicu Vâlcea de un șofer de 37 ani in stare de ebrietate!

Evenimentul rutier a avut loc în cartierul Ostroveni, pe strada Nicolae Iorga.

Miercuri seara, 31 mai 2023, polițiștii rutieri din municipiul Râmnicu Vâlcea au fost sesizați cu privire la producerea unui eveniment rutier în municipiul Râmnicu Vâlcea.

Din primele verificări s-a stabilit faptul că, un bărbat de 37 de ani, din Râmnicu Vâlcea, care în timp ce se deplasa cu un autoturism în municipiu, ar fi avariat 5 autoturisme parcate.

În urma impactului au rezultat doar pagube materiale.

Conducătorul auto a fost testat cu aparatul etilotest, rezultat fiind de 0,90 mg/l alcool pur în aerul expirat.

Totodată, i-a fost adus la cunoștință faptul că trebuie să fie condus la o unitate medicală pentru recoltarea de probe biologice, în vederea stabilirii concentrației alcoolice, însă acesta a refuzat.

În continuare se efectuează cercetări pentru săvârșirea infracțiunii de refuzul sau sustragerea de la prelevarea de mostre biologice.
