DNA a început examinarea plângerilor penale ale Guvernului legate de Hidroelectrica
Departamentul Naţional Anticorupţie a confirmat, vineri, faptul că a primit 21 de plângeri penale legate de nereguli la compania Hidroelectrica, într-un dispunându-se deja începerea urmăririi penale. 
“Pe baza sesizărilor transmise în perioada mai 2012 – martie 2013 de către Corpul de Control al Primului – ministru sau de către corpul de control al ministerelor, s-au constituit 21 de cauze penale care sunt în curs de instrumentare de către procurorii DNA iar în una din aceste cauze, procurorii au dispus începerea urmăririi penale”, se arată în comunicatul DNA.
Procurorii anticorupţie arată că soluţionarea plângerilor este mai dificilă din cauza complexităţii cauzelor. “Durata de soluţionare a acestor dosare este dată de complexitatea cauzelor, de specificul infracţiunilor investigate şi de necesitatea de a administra probe precum constatările tehnico – ştiinţifice sau expertizele de specialitate, cu respectarea tuturor garanţiilor procedurale”, precizează DNA.
Corpul de Control al Guvernului va trimite către Direcţia Naţională Anticorupţie (DNA) un raport din care rezultă că Hidroelectrica a fost prejudiciată de sute de milioane euro, a anunţat miercuri premierul Victor Ponta care a apreciat că banii au ajuns “pe la Videanu şi PDL” şi trebuie recuperaţi.
La începutul şedinţei de guvern, premierul le-a arătat miniştrilor un dosar care conţinea mai multe documente emise de Corpul de Control al Guvernului în urma unei cercetări efectuate la Hidroelectrica.
“Administratorul special are o mulţime de procese, pe care, din fericire, le câştigă, cu băieţii deştepţi şi cu reprezentanţii băieţilor deştepţi de la Hidroelectrica. În ultimii patru ani, nimeni nu a mai verificat nimic din ce s-a întâmplat acolo. Am raportul Corpului de Control pe care sigur îl vom trimite la DNA, la Curtea de Conturi, să vedeţi cum sub semnătura ministrului Videanu, a secretarului de stat Tudor Şerban, Hidroelectrica şi bugetul României au fost prejudiciate de sute de milioane de euro. Evident că banii ăştia acum sunt pe la domnul Videanu şi pe la PDL, dar trebuie recuperaţi şi trebuie traşi la răspundere penală cei care au beneficiat de aceste sute de milioane de euro”, le-a spus Ponta miniştrilor.
Totodată, şeful Guvernului şi-e exprimat speranţa că Parchetul va avea timpul necesar să analizeze probele puse la dispoziţie de Corpul de Control.
“Îmi exprim speranţa că – uitaţi câte documente şi câte probe are Parchetul – la un moment dat va avea timp să le cerceteze, pentru că totuşi noi plătim ceea ce au furat alţii, iar acei ‘alţii’, după ce au stat o lună, două, trei, mai ascunşi, şi-au dat seama că încă au protecţie şi începem să-i vedem pe la televizor dându-ne lecţii despre ce trebuie făcut”, a mai spus Ponta.
Hidroelectrica este deţinută de Ministerul Economiei şi se află în insolvenţă din iunie anul trecut, unul dintre motivele intrării în insolvenţă fiind contractele directe.
Consiliul Concurenţei (CC) şi Comisia Europeană vor finaliza în a doua parte a anului investigaţiile vizând contractele Hidroelectrica de vânzare directă a energiei, iar dacă se constată încălcarea legii cei implicaţi vor fi amendaţi cu 2-4% din afaceri, a declarat, miercuri, preşedintele CC, Bogdan Chiriţoiu.
Contractele directe de vânzare a energiei de către Hidroelectrica, la preţuri mult sub media pieţei, au fost încheiate în perioada 2001-2003, prelungite ulterior şi reziliate sau renegociate anul trecut. Beneficiarii contractelor directe erau în 2010 companiile Alro Slatina, Luxten Lightining, Energy Holding, Europec, Electromagnetica, Electrocarbon, ArcelorMittal Galaţi, Alpiq Romindustries, Alpiq Romenergie, EFT România, Electrica, Salrom, CHN Petroşani şi CLMB Pationar Braşov.
