FOTO: Bărbat de 32 ani CERCETAT pentru TRAFIC de DROGURI DE RISC! El ar fi oferit prăjitura specială cu cannabis la petrecerea de la restaurant
Polițiștii de combatere a criminalității organizate din Vâlcea, împreună cu procurorii Direcției de Investigare a Infracțiunilor de Criminalitate Organizată și Terorism – Biroul Teritorial Vâlcea, au documentat activitatea infracțională a unui bărbat, de 32 de ani, bănuit de trafic 
de droguri de risc.
Astfel, la data de 22 ianuarie 2023, procurorii D.I.I.C.O.T. – Biroul Teritorial Vâlcea au dispus reținerea pentru 24 de ore a unui bărbat, cercetat sub aspectul comiterii infracțiunii de trafic de droguri de risc.
Din cercetări a reieșit că, la data de 21 ianuarie 2023, bănuitul ar fi oferit, la o petrecere privată, o prăjitură la prepararea căreia ar fi folosit aproximativ 15 grame de cannabis.
În urma consumului, 15 dintre invitați ar fi acuzat stări de rău, palpitații și atacuri de panică și s-au prezentat la camera de gardă a Spitalului Județean Vâlcea.
În urma percheziției efectuate la data de 22 ianuarie 2023, în locuința bărbatului au fost descoperite resturi de cannabis și un grinder.
În cursul zilei de astăzi, bănuitul va fi prezentat Tribunalului Vâlcea, cu propunere de arestare preventivă, pentru 30 de zile.
Facem precizarea că, pe întreg parcursul procesului penal, persoanele cercetate beneficiază de drepturile și garanțiile procesuale prevăzute de Codul de Procedură Penală, precum și de prezumția de nevinovăție.
