Marcel Ciolacu-PREMIER. Lista MINIȘTRILOR propuși pentru GUVERNUL ROMÂNIEI

Guvernul Marcel Ciolacu a fost învestit fără emoții având în vedere majoritatea parlamentară de care se bucură coaliția. Pentru învestire erau nevoie de 234 de voturi, iar Cabinetul Ciolacu a obținut 290 de voturi. 95 de deputați și senatori au votat împotrivă.
Premierul Marcel Ciolacu a declarat, joi, la prima şedinţă de Guvern programul de guvernare are „o viziune pentru naţiune, un plan cu obiective ce trebuie rezolvate rapid”, iar guvernul pe care îl conduce „este al României, nu al PSD, nu al PNL”.
„Sunt conştient că aşteptările tuturor de la Guvernul României sunt mari. Sunt aici cu colegii mei să garantez că la Guvernul României vor urma nişte luni grele de muncă, efort tensiune, dar şi soluţii în faţa unor provocări complicate. La asta ne obligă Programul de guvernare asumat în faţa Parlamentului şi în faţa românilor.
Avem însă un plan bine articulat, o viziune pentru naţiune, un plan cu obiective ce trebuie rezolvate rapid. De aceea este esenţial să muncim în echipă”, a spus premierul Marcel Ciolacu.
Acesta a ţinut să precizeze că el conduce „Guvernul României, nu al PSD, nu al PNL”.
„Suntem colegi (social-democraţi şi liberali – n.r.), nu avem altă şansă decât să ne ajutăm unii pe alţii, pentru că vom împărţi atât reuşitele cât, mai ales, eventualele eşecuri. Urgenţa maximă este schema de reducere a adausurilor comerciale la produse comerciale de bază (…) efectul aplicării este scăderea preţurilor la câteva alimente vitale în fiercare gospodărie (…) trebuie să convenim un efort comun, astfel încât românii să simtă un ajutor semnificativ pentru bugetul familiei”, a mai spus premierul.
Acesta a mai spus că este important să ducem inflaţia la o singură cifră cât se poate de repede, „dar şi să avem în magazine mai multă mâncare produsă în România”.
Premierul a mai afirmat că vrea să fie pregătită lansarea rapidă a unor proiecte „esenţiale pentru România”, precum sprijinirea procesării de alimente, susţinerea industriei materialelor de construcţii şi introducerea energiei verzi în fermele agricole.

Camera Deputaţilor şi Senatul se reunesc, joi, 15 iunie 2023, începând cu ora 12:00, pentru votul de învestire pentru guvernul propus de premierul desemnat Marcel Ciolacu.
Pentru ca Guvernul să fie învestit este nevoie de prezenţa a cel puţin 233 de parlamentari la şedinţă şi de întrunirea a minimum 233 de voturi favorabile.
Guvernul este susţinut de parlamentarii PSD şi PNL şi deputaţii minorităţilor naţionale, care sunt în număr de 291, fiind o majoritate confortabilă. AUR şi USR au anunţat că vor vota împotrivă. Parlamentarii UDMR vor fi prezenți la ședința plenului, dar nu vor vota nici pentru, nici împotriva învestirii cabinetului Ciolacu.
Conform Constituţiei şi regulamentului şedinţelor comune ale Parlamentului, programul şi lista Guvernului se dezbat de Camera Deputaţilor şi de Senat în şedinţă comună. Parlamentul acordă încredere Guvernului cu votul majorităţii deputaţilor şi senatorilor. Votul este secret, cu bile. Avizul comisiilor la audierea miniştrilor propuşi este consultativ.
Miercuri, 14 iunie, miniștrii din Guvernul Ciolacu, avize favorabile pe linie. Hotărârea Parlamentului privind acordarea votului de încredere se semnează de preşedintele Camerei Deputaţilor şi de preşedintele Senatului şi se înaintează de îndată preşedintelui României spre a proceda la numirea Guvernului.
Prim-ministrul, miniştrii şi ceilalţi membri ai Guvernului vor depune individual, în faţa preşedintelui României, jurământul, iar Guvernul în întregul său şi fiecare membru în parte îşi exercită mandatul începând de la data depunerii jurământului.

•ministrul Apărării Naţionale – Angel Tîlvâr (propus de PSD);
•ministrul Educaţiei – Ligia Deca (propusă de PNL);
•ministrul Culturii – Raluca Turcan (propusă de PNL);
•ministrul Afacerilor Externe – Luminiţa Odobescu (propusă de PNL);
•ministrul Economiei, antreprenoriatului şi turismului – Radu Oprea (propus de PSD);
•ministrul Investiţiilor şi proiectelor europene – Adrian Câciu (propus de PSD);
•ministrul Dezvoltării – Adrian Veştea (propus de PNL);
•ministrul Sănătăţii – Alexandru Rafila (propus de PSD);
•ministrul Agriculturii şi dezvoltării rurale – Florin Barbu (propus de PSD);
•ministrul Energiei – Sebastian Burduja (propus de PNL);

Seriozitate, stabilitate, securitate, eficiență și eficacitate sunt cuvintele care descriu prima parte a mandatului, sub conducerea premierului Ciucă, iar rezultatele sunt foarte bune. Sunt încredințat că noul Guvern va continua munca începută de Coaliție acum un an și jumătate.
