Punct final la unul dintre cele mai importante proiecte cu finanțare europeană din Râmnic: Iluminatul public a fost reabilitat cu o finanțare nerambursabilă de 4,2 milioane euro
Printr-o conferință de presă susținută miercuri, 26 iulie, de administratorul public Eusebiu Vețeleanu, Primăria a anunțat finalizarea proiectului „Reabilitare iluminat public în Municipiul Râmnicu Vâlcea, inclusiv realizarea unei canalizații subterane noi aferente rețelelor electrice și de telecomunicații”, finanţat în cadrul Programului Operațional Regional 2014 – 2020, Axa prioritară 3 – Sprijinirea tranzițieicătre o economie cu emisii scăzute de carbon, Prioritatea de investiții 3.1 – Sprijinirea eficienței energetice, a gestionării inteligente a energiei și a utilizării energiei din surse regenerabile în infrastructurile publice, inclusiv în clădirile publice și în sectorul locuințelor, Operațiunea C – Iluminat Public. Valoarea totală a proiectului a fost de 24.905.743,67 lei, din care valoarea finanțării nerambursabile a fost 20.936.234,35 lei, din care valoarea contribuției europene (FEDR) – de 18.158.978,79 lei, iar perioada de implementare a proiectului a fost din data de 01.07.2015 până în data de 31.07.2023.
Proiectul a avut ca obiectiv specific creșterea eficienței energetice în sistemul de iluminat public pe 26 de străzi din municipiu: Iancu Pop, Nicolae Titulescu, Grigore Procopiu, Republicii, Decebal, Henri Coandă, Rapsodiei, Matei Basarab, Dr. Hacman, Mărășești, Arhiepiscopiei, Nicolae Bălcescu, Popa Șapcă, Nicolae Iorga, Mihai Eminescu, Ostroveni, Luceafărului, Pandurilor, I.C. Brătianu, Lucian Blaga, Nichita Stănescu, Tineretului, Ion Referendaru, Petrișor, Dacia și Matache Temelie.Lucrările de modernizare şi eficientizare au constat în demontarea a 548 de corpuri de iluminat şi a 361 de stâlpi metalici, montarea a 709 de corpuri de iluminat cu LED cu o durata nominală de viaţă de minim 50.000 ore, instalarea a 660 de stâlpi, montarea în intersecţiile principale şi în cele cu sens giratoriu a 7 camere de contorizare a traficului, elemente componente ale sistemului de dimming şi telegestiune, şi echiparea dispeceratului cu un calculator.
Prin utilizarea sistemului de dimming individual şi telemanagement, în orele de noapte cu trafic redus se realizează o scădere a nivelului de iluminare, dar şi o reducere a consumului de energie electrică pentru iluminat şi, implicit, a cheltuielilor cu energia electrică.
Totodată, s-a montat reţea subterană de iluminat de joasă tensiune pentru fiecare stradă în parte, totalizând peste 26 km, s-au modernizat 29 de puncte de aprindere cu sistem de dimmingşi telemanagement şi s-a montat canalizare subterană cu tuburi speciale, necesară instalaţiei de telecomunicaţie, pe o lungime de 79 km, făcându-se astfel trecerea de la reţelele aeriene de cabluri la cele subterane.
Prin acest proiect, s-au atins mai multe obiective, printre care scăderea consumului anual de energie primară în iluminatul public, scăderea anuală estimată a gazelor cu efect de seră (echivalent tone de CO2), modernizarea, extinderea și reîntregirea sistemului de iluminat public, creșterea eficienței energetice datorită utilizării surselor de energie regenerabilă și corpurilor de iluminat cu LED sau creșterea nivelului de luminanță medie menținută.
În consecința anvergurii acestui proiect și a modalităților de realizare a intervențiilor, Primăria Municipiului regretă toate neajunsurile din timpul derulării lucrărilor și, în același timp, mulțumește tuturor cetățenilor din Râmnicu Vâlcea pentru înțelegerea de care au dat dovadă pe parcursul acestei investiții deosebit de importante.
