Punct final la una dintre cele mai importante investiții din Râmnicul ultimilor ani: cu câteva zile înaintea sărbătorilor de Paști, s-a făcut recepția finală la proiectul „Extinderea rețelei de gaze naturale”, finanțat prin Programul Național de Investiții „Anghel Saligny”.
Cuprinzând 35 de străzi din municipiu, preponderent din zonele limitrofe, însumând 31,625 km și având o valoare totală de peste 28 milioane lei, din care contribuția bugetului local este de 626 mii lei, proiectul va aduce beneficiile alimentării cu gaze naturale în aproape 1000 de gospodării.
În ședința de Consiliu Local din 25 aprilie, legislativul local este chemat să aprobe predarea cu titlul gratuit a noilor rețele către Distrigaz Sud Rețele (operatorul licențiat pentru zona din care face parte municipiul Râmnicu Vâlcea), această structură urmând să demareze în cel mai scurt timp procedurile specifice pentru realizarea racordurilor individuale la gospodăriile de pe străzile vizate de proiect.
