“Fake-uri” depistate în Drăgășani și Râmnicu Vâlcea! 144 articole vestimentare confiscate! Amenzi și dosare penale
*ARTICOLE VESTIMENTARE SUSCEPTIBILE A FI CONTRAFĂCUTE, DESCOPERITE DE POLIȚIȘTI*
Peste 140 de articole susceptibile a fi contrafăcute au fost descoperite, ieri, 28 octombrie a.c., în cadrul unor acțiuni de verificare desfășurate de către polițiștii Serviciului de Investigare a Criminalității Economice Vâlcea, pe linia prevenirii și combaterii comerțului cu produse contrafăcute.
În urma controlului la două societăți comerciale din municipiul Drăgășani și municipiul Râmnicu Vâlcea,
județul Vâlcea, s-au constatat 144 de articole vestimentare susceptibile a fi contrafăcute, purtând însemnele unor mărci de renume.
Bunurile în cauză, cu o valoare estimată la 15.000 de lei, au fost reţinute de polițiștii în vederea continuării cercetărilor.
De asemenea, a fost aplicată și o sancțiune contravențională conform O.U.G. nr. 28/1999 privind obligația operatorilor economici de a utiliza aparate de marcat electronice fiscale, cu amendă în valoare de 10.000 de lei, fiind confiscată suma de 974 de lei.
În cauză, s-au întocmit 2 dosare penale, sub aspectul săvârşirii infracţiunii de punere în circulaţie, fără drept, a unui produs purtând o marcă identică sau similară cu o marcă înregistrată pentru produse identice sau similare.
Cercetările sunt continuate de către poliţişti pentru stabilirea cu exactitate a întregii activităţii infracţionale.
