ACȚIUNE pentru VERIFICAREA TRANSPORTULUI RUTIER de PERSOANE: 92 vehicule verificate, taxi-pirat depistate, autorizație și atestat retras
Marți, 1 februarie, polițiștii Serviciului Rutier și cei ai structurilor rutiere au acționat pe drumurile din județul Vâlcea pentru asigurarea respectării cadrului legal în domeniul transportului de persoane.
Acțiunea a vizat verificarea legalității transporturilor rutiere publice de persoane prin:
• deţinerea documentelor necesare efectuării transportului public de persoane de către operatorul de transport şi de conducătorul auto;
• verificarea respectării traseului şi a graficului de circulaţie cu opririle aferente;
• respectarea capacităţii maxime de încărcare ale autovehiculelor de transport persoane, avându-se în vedere situaţiile în care persoanele sunt transportate în picioare;
• verificarea respectării numărului maxim de locuri pe scaune prevăzute în certificatul de clasificare al autovehiculului, faţă de numărul maxim de locuri prevăzut în certificatul de înmatriculare al autovehiculului, după caz;
• testarea alcoolscop a tuturor conducătorilor de autovehicule care efectuează acest gen de transport;
• valabilitatea inspecției tehnice periodice a autovehiculului;
• depistarea activităților ilegale de transport rutier de persoane;
• respectarea Legii nr. 55 din 15.05.2020 privind unele măsuri pentru prevenirea și combaterea efectelor pandemiei de COVID-19 de către conducătorii autovehiculelor destinate transportului de persoane, precum si pasagerii acestora.
Polițiștii au verificat 92 de vehicule și legitimat 287 de persoane, iar în urma verificărilor efectuate au fost constatate mai multe nereguli fiind aplicate 25 de sancțiuni contravenționale și reținute 3 permise de conducere.
Totodată a fost suspendat dreptul de utilizare pentru 2 autovehicule folosite ca taxi pirat și a fost retrasă o autorizație taxi și un atestat taxi.
Exemplu:
Polițiștii au depistat în orașul Brezoi un autoturism condus de un bărbat din oraș care efectua transport de persoane contra cost fără a deține autorizație taxi. Conducătorul auto a fost sancționat conform Legii 38/2003 și i-a fost suspendat dreptul de utilizare a autoturismului pentru 6 luni.
