Doi bărbați din Vâlcea, DOSARE PENALE pentru ALCOOL LA VOLAN
DOSARE PENALE ÎNTOCMITE PENTRU INFRACȚIUNI LA REGIMUL RUTIER
La data de 2 octombrie a.c., în jurul orei 12:35, polițiștii din cadrul Secției nr. 3 Poliție Sutești au identificat în trafic un bărbat, în vârstă de 53 ani, din comuna Glăvile, județul Vâlcea, în timp ce conducea un tractor, pe DJ 677A, în localitate, sub influența băuturilor alcoolice.
În urma testării cu aparatul etilotest, a rezultat valoarea de 1,05 mg/l alcool pur în aerul expirat, motiv pentru care a fost condus la o unitate medicală pentru recoltarea de probe biologice, în vederea stabilirii alcoolemiei.
În cauză a fost întocmit dosar penal, în care se efectuează cercetări, sub aspectul săvârșirii infracțiunii de conducerea unui vehicul sub influența băuturilor alcoolice.
Un alt bărbat de 52 de ani, din municipiul Râmnicu Vâlcea, a fost depisat, ieri, în jurul orei 06:30, de către polițiștii Biroului Rutier Râmnicu Vâlcea, după ce ar fi fost implicat într-un eveniment rutier, soldat doar cu pagube materiale.
În urma testării acestuia cu aparatul alcooltest, a rezultat o concentrației de 1,07mg/l alcool pur în aerul expirat, motiv pentru care a fost condus la spital, unde i-au fost prelevate mostre biologice, în vederea stabilirii alcoolemiei.
Polițiștii au întocmit în acest sens, un dosar penal în care continuă cercetările pentru săvârşirea infracţiunii de conducerea unui vehicul sub influența băuturilor alcoolice.
