În atenţia adolescenţilor: Fuga de acasă nu este o soluţie!
Adolescenţii sunt sfătuiţi să nu plece de lângă părinţi, iar atunci când vă pierdeţi de părinţi sau alegeţi să-i părăsiţi, dar vă daţi seama că aţi făcut o prostie, este foarte important să luaţi legătura cu un agent de poliţie. Acesta este mesajul pe care poliţiştii vâlceni încearcă întotdeauna să-l transmită minorilor din judeţ care fie fug de acasă, fie pur şi simplu se rătăcesc. Singurul fenomen legat de dispariţia copiilor de la domiciliu este faptul că aceştia aleg această variantă din cauza neînţelegerilor cu părinţii, din cauza anturajului sau pur şi simplu pentru că aceştia îşi doresc o mai mare liberate. Soluţia ca adolescentul să nu mai fugă de la domiciliu este ca fiecare copil să vorbească cu părinţii, bunicii, profesorii sau psihologii şcolii şi să le expună problemele cu care se confruntă.
Într-o astfel de situaţie s-a aflat şi o minoră de 13 ani, din oraşul Brezoi care a plecat de buna-voie de la domiciliu şi a fost identificată pe raza localităţii Bujoreni. Minora s-a deplasat la o cunoştinţă fără să anunţe părinţii. Minora a declarat că nu a fost victima vreunei fapte de natură penală sau contravenţională.
Recomandări pentru părinţi! Modul de acţiune în caz de dispariţie
Primele 24 de ore:
• Raportează cazul imediat la Centrul Focus 116000 şi la Poliţie 112;
• Încearcă să-ţi aminteşti îmbrăcămintea, obiectele personale care erau în posesia copilului la momentul dispariţiei. Orice detaliu este important!
• Fă o listă cu posibilele locaţii în care copilul s-ar putea afla şi încearcă să-ţi aminteşti orice informaţie care ar putea avea legătură cu dispariţia. Toate aceste date furnizează-le Poliţiei!
• Spune Poliţiei cât mai multe detalii despre împrejurările dispariţiei, chiar dacă este vorba despre întâmplări jenante sau de situaţii conflictuale;
• Descrie cât mai detaliat cum arată copilul în ziua dispariţiei (aspect fizic, îmbrăcăminte) şi precizează dacă copilul prezintă semne din naştere, cicatrici, etc. Sunt foarte importante de menţionat diferitele tabieturi sau obişnuinţe pe care le-ai remarcat la copilul tău;
După 48 de ore:
• Nu lua/ arunca nimic din camera copilului; Gândeşte-te la tabieturile şi preferinţele copilului şi notează-le pentru că ar putea fi indicii legate de dispariţie;
• Aminteşte-ţi de orice schimbare de comportament care ţi-a atras atenţia (noi prieteni) sau despre persoanele pe care le menţiona şi comunică informaţiile Poliţiei/ Centrului FOCUS;
Relaţia cu Poliţia:
• Specifică dacă copilul are la el obiecte de valoare sau orice obiect personal;
• Relatează orice întâmplare care ar putea avea legătură cu dispariţia, inclusiv pe cele care ţi s-ar părea jenante;
• Nu te simţi vinovat să relatezi anumite suspiciuni chiar dacă privesc persoane cunoscute de tine;
• Este necesar să spui Poliţiei dacă ai suspiciuni asupra unor anumite persoane;
• Relaţia cu Poliţia este una de parteneriat – rolul Poliţiei este de a te ajuta să îţi găseşti copilul – de aceea nu uita să colaborezi întrucât orice informaţie este esenţială în procesul de căutare şi trebuie comunicată organelor de poliţie.
