Luni dimineața, 25 ianuarie 2021, președintele CJ Vâlcea, Constantin Rădulescu, a discutat cu antreprenorul care urmează să efectueze lucrările de modernizare a ambulatoriului din cadrul SJU Vâlcea, în vederea stabilirii unui grafic pentru derularea într-un ritm accelerat a lucrărilor.
Preocuparea președintelui nu se rezumă doar la crearea unor condiții optime pentru desfășurarea serviciilor medicale, ci se îndreaptă și către recompensarea personalului medical care, în această perioadă, depune eforturi deosebite pentru înfăptuirea actului medical.
„Am stabilit astăzi cu antreprenorul care va efectua lucrările de modernizare a ambulatoriului un grafic de lucrări care să cuprindă, în primă fază, construirea noii clădiri și reabilitarea subsolului clădirii existente. Estimăm demararea propriu-zisă a lucrărilor la jumătatea lunii februarie. În paralel cu lucrările de modernizare a spitalelor vâlcene, ne preocupăm și de recompensarea personalului medical care lucrează în aceste unități.
Așa cum am procedat și în anii trecuți, și în acest an, în prima ședință a CJ Vâlcea, voi propune acordarea de stimulente financiare pentru personalul medical și de specialitate din spitalele aflate în subordonarea CJ Vâlcea. Plata stimulentelor se va face lunar, în limita a două salarii minime brute pe țară, a căror finanțare este asigurată din veniturile proprii ale fiecărei unități spitalicești, cu încadrarea în bugetul aprobat. Consider că aceste stimulente financiare vor constitui o recompensă pentru efortul suplimentar făcut, în această perioadă complicată, de cadrele medicale vâlcene”, Constantin Rădulescu, președinte Consiliul Județean Vâlcea.
