Judeţul Vâlcea este ţinut în suspans de judecători
În cel mai bun caz, judecarea atacului în contencios făcut de Instituţia Prefectului împotriva hotărârilor de Consiliu Judeţean prin care a fost decisă conducerea interimară a instituţiei, ar putea avea loc în luna mai la Tribunalul Vâlcea. De-abia atunci va fi fixat un termen, deşi, în opinia noastră, un caz de o asemenea importanţă ar fi trebui să fie tratat cu maximă celeritate. Vom fi primul judeţ din România care s-a aflat o jumătate de an în ilegalitate şi nimeni nu a intervenit în tot acel timp pentru a remedia situaţia.
Dacă tot nu s-a grăbit să clarifice o situaţie delicată, Tribunalul Vâlcea ar putea lăsa cel puţin lucrurile aşa. Orice altă decizie în afară de aceea de a infirma atacul prefectului se va solda cu efecte incalculabile pntru acest judeţ. Să lăsăm la o parte că preşedintele şi vicepreşedinţii interimari ai instituţiei au fost aleşi ilegali, însă ce ne facem cu toate documentele emise în şedinţele ordinare şi extraordinare? Toate aceste acte, care între timp se presupune că au produs efecte sociale, economice şi nu în ultimul rând juridice, vor fi anulate. De fapt, ne vom afla în mijlocul unui haos din care nu ne va mai putea scoate niciun prefect şi nicio instanţă judecătorească din lume. (A.T.)
