“Luni, 08.11.2021, a avut loc licitația publică cu strigare pentru vânzarea unui pachet de active proprietatea CET Govora SA, compus din clădiri, teren în suprafață totală de 92.882 m2, echipamente și instalații pentru producere apă demineralizată și dedurizată, stația electrică de conexiuni de 110 KV, gospodăria de combustibili ce cuprinde la rândul ei clădiri, teren în suprafață totală de 188.656 m2 și echipamente depozit cărbune, precum și racordul de gaze naturale din rețeaua Transgaz.
Activul a fost achiziționat de către CHIMCOMPLEX BORZEȘTI, care dorește să construiască pe acest amplasament o centrală de cogenerare de înaltă eficiență, pentru asigurarea termoficării urbane a municipiului Râmnicu Vâlcea și dezvoltarea activității economice pe întreaga Platformă Chimică Govora.
Până la finalizarea noii centrale, furnizarea agentului termic va fi asigurată de către CET Govora SA, în conformitate cu planul de reorganizare aprobat.
Facem precizarea că nu există motive de îngrijorare pentru locuitorii municipiului Râmnicu Vâlcea racordați la sistemul centralizat de termoficare urbană.
Personal, sunt de părere că această zi poate fi considerată un nou început pentru dezvoltarea activităților economice desfășurate pe Platforma Chimică Govora și, în acest nou context, îi asigur pe vâlceni că eu și instituția pe care o conduc vom acorda, în condițiile legii, sprijin instituțional pentru implementarea viitoarelor proiecte care implică CET Govora și partenerii contractuali” , a declarat Constantin Rădulescu, președintele Consiliului Județean Vâlcea.
